The problem with this is that there weren't any warning signs that would allow me to spot it early on, this literally came out of nowhere. I guess thats the thing about internet friendships though, you can only see what the other person decides to show you (I guess that applies to people you can see in person too), for all I know hes done this before.

I have learned a little about myself through this experience though and will definitely be applying it to future friendships/relationships. Thats something positive at least.
