Hi Fuzzy, glad you're feeling a bit better. And I know sometimes triggers can come out of nowhere and..............but it's good you're trying to avoid them. Just try to keep yourself as safe as you can.
And when/if the triggers come up or...............it can sometimes feel like/be the only option to run but don't forget you can talk about what's going on for you with us too if it may help. Here to support you in this
