I agree, It's hard enough dealing with the low self esteem related to BP but weight gain on top of it is very difficult.
When I was off meds I did really well in terms of weight loss and now lead a very healthy lifestyle. I started back on Seroquel a week ago and have gained 3 lbs that I don't feel I can afford. I'm torn between a healthy body and a healthy mind
