That's a great suggestion. I think the hardest thing is the new management that took over our office is 1. Changing the way things are done. 2. Demanding more work from us with less resources. I am being asked to do what is 4 people's work. and 3. Threatening us when we can't get everything done on their timeline. and 4. Critiquing everything we do as if we were all just idiots before they came one the scene. Intimidation city. I'm not the only one there looking for another job.
