Hi Snickie! I think therapy can be beneficial for anyone, not just those who have diagnosed mental illness. Do you feel as if you'd like to talk to someone about your anxiety and the stress your feeling? If so I think you should look into.
Therapy can help you sort through your issues and give you great and lasting coping skills. Good luck!
