Please don't second guess yourself. It sounds like to me that because this does happen to you, that is the reason for the second weekly visit? I think it will work

What you say isn't as important as to why you say it or don't say what you think you wish to... that's the bigger picture, imo. The anxiety, frustration or whatever that causes this to happen is part of what you will work on in therapy, and that's a good thing for you. TC. Therapy is work, remember.
