Welcome to PC. I'm not sure what to say about my experience with bipolar. It had been with me basically since around age 10, but i didn't get my diagnosis until age 29, and i didn't start meds until age 34, which was 3 years ago. It's a process trying to make sense of everything that has happened, and trying to get stable without losing too much of myself. I'm still working on it. I find this forum really helpful and supportive. Do you have any specific questions?
