How long do they last?
Have you been dealing with it totally alone so far?
Depression doesn't need a reason it just happens. That is how it works with me. No triggers not situations, just slam.
Doing it alone doesn't work so good. We need lots of help. One place is here.
Professional help for sure. Therapist and psychiatrist. Full evaluation. Rule out physical things like thyroid.

Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
