If the problem is me and not them, that is a good thing because I can do something about 'me' but I can't do a thing about 'them'. I call this getting in the solution rather than staying stuck in the problem.
I can:
Acknowledge I am not where I want to be.
Ask for help.
Call a friend I trust and talk it out.
Be open to suggestions.
Read something inspiring.
Do something helpful for someone else.
Smile.
Laugh.
Forgive.
Listen to music I like.
Do my best; accept good enough.
Get some rest.
Play.
Give myself the love and respect I so want from others ... heck, give it to others, too.
Etc, etc.
Know that this, too, shall pass. It always does.
