I take one 100mg tablet in AM and now half of one at PM. 50mg. I use to take i 100mg in AM and one in PM, but pdoc and I found the minimum therapeutic dose is still working fine with me, and it's been months, past the time that things would be apparent I'd need to go back to original dosage, 200mgs per day.
Many meds work to one's advantage in divided doses, prevents peaks and drops, this also is done with other meds, not just AD's and mood stabilizers. It's also easier on the body besides the mind.
