Cracking: Have you heard if your daughter gets to walk across the stage for graduation yet? I'm sorry that she wouldn't listen to you and caused you all that stress, but I agree with Sometimes that she will (hopefully) have learnt a valuable lesson. I take it senior pranks are a US thing cos we never did anything like that when I left school, but then we don't have a graduation ceremony either until we finish Uni.

Also, are you prescribed any meds for your migraines? I don't know what stuff you mentioned, but when I get migraines (thankfully not often) I just take paracetamol and codeine (same stuff as Migraleve) and go to sleep and it sorts it out. My Mum takes a triptan for her migraines cos they're not helped by what I take, and at one point she was taking a preventative med every day cos she was getting them so often (I think it was gabapentin, but not sure).

Medicalfox: way to go on the scholarships and all the As! Did you get onto the programme you applied for (I've forgotten what it was, sorry!)?

Hey Willow
Yes my daughter will get to walk thank God
We just went and bought her black dress today. It is a requirement that they wear a black dress under their graduation robe. They also have to wear black shoes. So instead of wearing her nice black heels she buys a pair of low cut black Converse! I'm thinking Converse with a dress? WTH? But it's just her little way of being rebellious! She did agree to take her black heels with her in case the principal refuses to let her walk in the Converse!

As for the migraine I have 100mg Imitrex tablets. I've also tried another medication from the doctor but it's been so long ago that I can't remember the name of it. Anyways both of them make me very sick. I am very sensitive to medications so I try not to take much of anything. Codeine makes me extremely sick. I can't take that at all. So when I do get a migraine I just use over the counter Excedrin Migraine and a heating pad. I try to sleep it off as much as possible.
