Have you ever tried CBT? (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) I think that it could really help you tackle these negative thought patterns. I have struggled with inferiority issues and low self esteem for much of my adult life. I have found CBT to be a lifesaver, although it is not a quick fix. I have to practice my skills every day.
