I had a neuropsych eval about twelve or so years ago. I also saw a neurologist for several years.
I don't remember the tests themselves being particularly scary. The results pointed at my underlying depression as the primary cause of my deteriorated functioning. I got the impression subjective judgment played some part in the process.

They need to take a close look at those meds, your medical history and complete blood count (at least).
