I was so hurt that I started crying on the stupid phone and had to just say never mind and hung up. hanging up was probably not the best thing I could have done but that was the beginning of a huge major melt down that still continues. texts to the store owner, the lady who runs the class I wanted to sign up for. and the non stop crying. I am so humiliated .I don't understand what I did to her . I feel so stupid thinking she was my friend.
So if I'm reading this correctly, you let the store owner know about the poor treatment you received from the employee? That's all you need to do. You shouldn't feel bad. The store needs to feel bad for mistreating you.

We had a situation with our long-term vet a few years ago where they had this new chick at the front desk who was HORRIBLE. I told the vet about her behavior, and the next time we went in, she wasn't there. Haven't seen her since. I'm sure I was not the only person who had concerns about the way she treated customers.

I hope the store owner was understanding and is handling the situation. Although, I think picking up the phone and calling, or going into the store may have been the better thing to do. So much gets lost in a text conversation.
