I'm sorry you feel this way. This is all about perception. The fact is that all people have good and bad things happen and when we see someone we deem as "bad" having some success the tendency is we think "they don't deserve success!" and ruminating and focusing on people that are hurtful or bad in whatever way makes us see only that.
Fact is that good things happen to good people too. Try to divert your focus to the good things going on with everyone and don't judge their deserving of good happening because of some mistake(s) they've made! No one is without fault or mistakes in their lives and some people are in a phase where they're making a lot of mistakes!
Also.. what comes around.... goes around (or vice versa?) this is true in life.
