It has been a couple of weeks at least
I have had the urges for most of this time
Have lasted til now with doing nothing much
But NEED to
Feel like waiting another minute...another hour... isn't enough...
Know if I go near my room it will happen
Need sleep
Trying to avoid room
That is where I have put it
Need sleep
Distraction not working
Need sleep
Can't go near room
Need to go to room to sleep
But its in there
And I need relief
Just need to feel physical pain
To validate what i feel inside
the hurt
how to you make confusion physical?
