It's not the movie itself which I find offensive - yet. It's the advertising campaign I read about here.

"The suicide comedy "Wristcutters: A Love Story" will be released in August, with a marketing campaign featuring cardboard cutouts of characters jumping off a bridge, electrocuting and hanging themselves."

Cardboard cutout will be placed in trees and on bldgs in areas where the film will be shown. That is disgusting and will be triggering for many, including me.
