Hi, I am new to this site and group. I am a severe and frequent substance abuse, including alcohol and I also suffer from BPD, and bipolar 1 disorder. My substances of choice are mainly pills. The use of marijuana is so prevelant now, that I don't even consider it an abusable substance. Just my opinion. I also smoke weed though. I'm not sure what else to say in this post, was just sharing my story with all of you in hopes of gaining some advice on how to overcome my substance abuse issues. I am doing much better since being on medication treatment for bpd and bipolar. I am still using pills, but I haven't gone out of control yet.
