Otherwise you might be considered to have Post-orgasmic illness, which is just a fancy way of saying you are more sensitive to the comedown from orgasm with the hormonal imbalance which accompanies it.

Most of those problems have gone away now, but I get quite nauseous and I kind of feel like my chest is empty and that I'm not controlling my body.. it's just kind of... doing things...haha. As a response I just, well it's almost like I manually pump my heart or something, sort of like tensing and releasing my chest constantly, and it sucks. I feel like I can't really keep my body upright and I just want to fall over and relax. I struggle to fall asleep if I do it as much as half a day before I get into bed, because I seem to kind of feel sleep happening and I freak out and wake myself up. Overall I feel like **** and I can't seem to figure out why. I don't feel bad about masturbating so i'm not getting myself all hyped up, I went to the hospital after that first panic attack and they said the only thing wrong was a bit of an irregular heartbeat. Of course I didn't tell them what I was doing before the attack happened. It's affecting my school work as well because i'm just not motivated to do anything while i'm like this, I just need help!
