Check with your county office. Texas has a Force Connection that helps people look for jobs and they offer some free training. I don't know if Utah has a similar program or not, but it's worth checking out. There are a lot of jobs out that don't include cleaning toilets or driving(except to get to work). Keep looking and the more applications you put in the better chance you have at getting an interview.

I'm sorry you feel that way about your parents. Generally in most states you're on your own at 18 or 21. When parents have children they fully expect them to become a functioning member of society and at least try to help themselves. Good luck.
