Hi guys. I've been doing a lot of research on managing BP symptoms naturally. I hate the effects of medication, having said that, I'm not saying I wouldn't take medication but I certainly am looking at ways to supplement.
I know diet and exercise is a big part of it. I've also read that Omega 3's are very helpful in specifically managing BP symptoms.
I've got the diet and exercise down. I even went so far as to find out what vitamins and nutrients I need and include all in my diet.
I also am Native and have gone to a native healer and he gives me herbs.
Anyone have any other ideas?
