LSD is still being studied today as a treatment for depression. Many many people have spiritual experiences and we can argue till the cows come home whether they are real or not. It doesn't matter. It only matters if they are real to the person who experiences it. I have had my share and I couldn't even attempt to explain them here. No one had ever claimed alcoholics are morally perfect. We in AA work on personal and spiritual growth to stay sober but we fall short.

It has made millions of peoples lives so much better. Just a fact.
