I get a cold or bronchitis only about every year and a half; of course as a nurse I'm around a lot of sick people, which is why my immune system is so strong. Good thing, too, because when I do get sick and can't sleep well, my BP symptoms flare out of control like they did earlier this year. Damned mixed episode came on top of bronchitis and asthma exacerbation in February, and I let it go on until mid-March. Stupid, stupid, stupid. So it behooves me to NOT get sick in the first place!
