Hi welcome...I don't know much about schizotypal to be honest but it doesn't look like you're on an anti-psychotic....those tend to really help some people with voices etc. I'm not sure if they are typically given for schizotypal or not because there can be other strategies of dealing with voices especially if you can realize that they aren't real. But like willow I'm wondering how you feel about this...if it doesn't resonate with you it might be wrong....I saw this article where psychiatrists were given a story about a patient and asked to make a diagnosis....they only agreed on the diagnosis like 50% of the time which is pretty bad...the diagnostic process even with the dsm is not all that standardized. I know when I got sick I read everything I could get my hands on....first person accounts were the best...
