Wow. I am so glad I am not alone with this affliction. It goes so far beyond having a song stuck in your head!

I slept 5 hrs last night and my Dr said nothing under 6, ever. I see her again on Tuesday. I was happy and super super talkative all morning then I got home and BAM I was suddenly grumpy for no reason and a bit out of line really. I didn't mean to honestly. I am also tearing up at silly times....like a part in a Harry Potter book!

Am I still off or is this just me looking too far into it? I really only am because my Dr was so concerned and I don't want to end up in a hospital again!
