My doc put me on luvox, once at night. I had to split it into twice a day, since it seemed to wear off in the afternoon. It's working much better now!

My doc also wanted me to take all my klonopin in the morning, and then just one at night. Did not work! I take it three times a day instead, which she knows and says is ok.

So, I guess it depends on what you're taking?? Or how you feel about it? I remember having a doc that wanted me to take heaps of medicine at bedtime, which I was too afraid to do(I'm afraid to sleep).
