Well, this is my first time in this forum. I don't post, or reply to posts, here typically. I just happened on your post. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer at around age 50, I guess it was. I'm now 65. Because I was so relatively young at the time, it was recommended that I undergo a radical prostatectomy, which I did. I did not need any radiation or chemo. I ended up impotent as a result, although I'm not at all sure that this was entirely due to the surgery. I'm more inclined to think it was the surgery in combination with my mental health struggles, antidepressants, & some other stuff. I also still experience some mild incontinence. But the cancer was gone & that's the main thing. Best wishes...
