Haha. I'd feel like a right plum doing that; that said, I have forced myself to smile, at times when I was near losing the plot; it certainly didn't make everything all fluffy-bunnies, but it helped me gather strength. Smile and laugh to spite the bad stuff; that's how I do it, sometimes.
