It all began back in 2004 when i first came across my dream job, within a short space of time i was put in a team who was run by a new manager. She was new to the managerial role as a whole , but i found as time went i , i was to become a subject of her bullying. I am a very hard work , professional and great with my team mates. I have always practised good work ethnics and had won awards for my team. Anyways she started by constantly calling me up for trival things , file noting me and harassing , stalking me and always making her presence uncomfortable. I endured it for over 2 years to one day i felt i had enough and resigned . .. Two years down the line , i got another job and it began again , this time it was so intense, she tried everything she could to have me sacked. She had me suspended claiming that was trying to put the company into desrupt and made up force complaints from one particular customer- whom when i spoke to after , he did not make any such complaint. This was all investigated by the company and they found that she had false all alegations and i was asked to return to work the following day- which i did . The company was supportive and kept a watch on her which made her very uncomfortable and with that came more intense bullying . The bully was so intense that it took a toll on my health, i started to suffer from severe anxiety issues . It took me a long time to get over.. 7 years down the line , i started another job- again a job which i adore and again with a fairly new manager. At first she seemed down to earth and very much a peoples person, but that was short lived. Within a few days within the role , she started to file note me for pitty things . I had just started the job and was getting use to the structure and basically into the runnings of being back to work after such a longtime. I was the only one in the team to be file noted the most . She does all what she can to ensure that i do not hit my targets and then at the end of the day she wines when i havent hit my target. I am not sure if she is doing this because at the interview i had with another manager , who wanted me to take a sales role-( which i didnt want and opted for the admin roleas i was sacked from my last job due to not achieving my targets), which they wasnt pleased about because they struggle to get sales people). She would go out her way to show me up and never informs me of any changes within the work..My colleagues are the ones that let me know.. She wasnt happy when my collegue made me aware of a recent change that would cut my wordload and ensure that i hit my targets , when asked her about this she made an excuse saying she was going to send a flyer round- which she never did . I love my job but i fear this is going to end up being history repeating itself. I have only been there a month and already it raises concerns for me. Initally when i first started out, i had a chat with HR because i was making a lot of mistakes and was felt to seem as though i was a burden . She alongside another manager attended .. She wasnt happy when i was asked by the HR manager if i would like to remain in the team.. Ever since i have been the target. Recently a guy from another team who spends his time making racist comments and mocking people of colour was bought onto the team and whom she has become very close with. I feel she is intensifying the bullying also to impress him . I dont want to really move around or leave the job because it doesnt look good on my CV as i had problems with female managers in the past. I cannot understand why i am constantly the bait of female managers bullying. I hope you all can help or advise
