I used to do this (well, Im trying to stop). In particular, I was/am often comparing myself to my previous T. It seemed like she had about everything I did not. She was (is) fairly young; very pretty; has property and house; owns horses; educated; great boyfriend; etc. I finally realized what I was doing. It was causing me much envy. I have not won this battle yet. But at least I know it is there.
