I am also schitzoaffective, get highs that don't last long as i am also bipolar. i usually get them when i've done something for someone else, and also i am home bound and do alot of housework and when i'm done with it i get so high because i feel before i do it i won't be able to accomplish the tasks at hand but when i finish it it is a good feeling.
