Hello there and good evening. Yes, I've had every ED over the last 30 or more years and I still am in the grip of another ED now. I REALLY do understand how you feel when you say it's difficult to eat big meals, even though a specialist would say that is what a ''normal'' person would eat, it's not normal for us! I've seen many specialists and most would gladly agree that we make a contract that I would try and eat a number of calories per day. It didn't matter how the meals would be spaced out but pref not huge amounts in one meal. I always went for 5 small meals and two snacks per day. As I've always had a problem with night~time binging, I'd save one snack (or two) for during the night. This seemed to work well. Contrary to what I thought and was terrified of, the weight did NOT pile on at all!!!. I'd def have a word with your nutritionist 'cos I'm sure he/she will be glad to work on that plan. Good luck and HUGS.
