Has anyone else broken their radius all the way through? How long does it take for the pain to go away? My son broke his at school (they kept him there all day & made him write with that hand) and when I went to collect him at 3pm could see he was in agony/grey. It took approx 6 weeks to fully heal. He also fractured the ulnar(?)
It's fine now - he plays in goal for his football team!
Broke it slipping over in the playground at the start of school.
