Well...maybe change your thinking a bit, if you are able to. It could be worse. You could be homeless and you obviously have the support of your parents.
I understand how you are feeling. I was fiercely independent 3 years ago. A fantastic job, a home, a car and good relationships.
I had a major break and have lost everything including relationships with some family and most friends I had to live on someones couch for 7 months, It became my hell.
I've been working really hard to get my life back on track and I'm a very impatient person but I've had to learn to go with the process and stop being so hard on myself. It takes a lot of time to recover.
It'll happen in it's own time.
