Canders, do you have any health insurance? Even through your parents? If so, have you looked into the mental health benefit? In the U.S., once kids turn 14, they can use the health insurance as they want and parents do not have access to their records, but the insurance still pays if they are part of the parents' plan. Even better if you have your own plan. I know, because when my oldest daughter turned 14, I ceased having access to her records. The only thing I can see is the date she went to the doctor and the name of the doctor. But I can't see the diagnosis or the procedures carried out. I would hope they have to get my permission if they do something really serious, but right now, age 14 and over gets confidentiality with providers. Especially if you are over 18, your parents wouldn't ever know how you were using your insurance benefit.
