I stopped taking my zyprexa cold turkey when I had not refilled the prescription and I had withdrawal symptoms.
So maybe it is not the addition of the seroquel that is causing your irritability and change in sleep but rather it could be withdrawal from zyprexa. Perhaps you should ask your pdoc about low dose zyprexa and how to wean yourself off of it.
