I was talking to my T today and she was saying that the University policy was in the middle of changing and that they will offer their services to clients (even if they are not taking a summer course) who have been seeing them through the year in the summer ... I dont know if thats the same for you, but its something that maybe you could look into? Although i'm sure you have already ...
