I so wish I had some magic answers. The medication thing is soooo frustrating. I'm on Seroquel and what it does for me is help me sleep really well and it calms my anxiety a little bit. Usually it helps keep frightening thoughts out of my mind. It keeps me somewhat dopey all the time so I can't think as much. But it's not a miracle pill, at least not for me.
Your Buspar does is tiny.
I've heard people say that Welbutrin helps them...I've tried it twice and it was useless for me.
