I'm hoping someone can give me some advice...
I'm 17 and I've been to JDC twice, the last time being a month ago. Ever since then, sleeping has become incredibly difficult.
Sometimes things will run through my mind that keep me awake, but most of the time, I just lay here completely blanked out staring into space, unable to fall asleep. Normally, as a teen of course, I'd go to sleep without too much trouble around midnight. Now its rare that I fall asleep before 4.
Why can't I sleep right anymore? And how can I sleep well again? I've been taking Nyquil and I know that's not good...help please...
