Canders, what if you went through the university services to find someone? They may be able to recommend someone out in the community who has reduceds fees or a similar situation.

I found mine through a psychoanalytic institute; I called and asked for someone in my area who is a candidate (someone who is already educated and licensed and has been accepted by the institute for addicitonal education and training; some have Masters and doctorates already but are training in psychoanalytic theory and practice). So I'm wondering if you have something similar there? You might find out more by calling the uni services and talking to them some.
