Yea find veggies you like ... i really like snow peas at the moment, and bok choy.

Broccoli with a squeeze of lemon is awesome ... i make a really light honey and lemon dressing by heating the two together and it's yummy (to me anyway lol)>

I think Maven what you say is right, if you're gonna have something unhealthy do the unhealthy as lightly as possible (you also don't feel deprived).

I have a stirfry with prawns, fish, bok choy, snow peas, red onion with chilli and garlic and oyster sauce going on at the moment ... ideally, you'd serve this with noodles or rice. Since I'm not allowed carbs at that time I just have a very very small amount of egg noodles (not fried ones).

I wanted to get around my oh I so want noodles with this, Michael says I can't but if i'm going to do it eat it as early as possible and use egg noodles as they are better than any other type and only have a very few strands.

This def stops the cravings ...
