As far as the Adderall it's pretty much going to counteract your seroquel or zyprexa or other ap.....in some people it can actually trigger hallucinations etc. so I'm less worried about you looking like a junkie and more worried about you getting worse. What you might want for weight gain would be metformin....technically it's an off label use but it's routinely given to diabetics...and seems to decrease ap induced weight gain....it basically activates skeletal muscle metabolism in the same way exercise would....
