First I would check with a doctor to make sure there is no physical reason for your probelm. Next I would get some Relaxtion CDs and listen to them at bedtime. Also, earlier in the day try to work in some exercise but not too close to bedtime. Try to go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. It will take some time to get you back in a good sleep cycle but it can be done. Good luck.
