I can say I have had partial success with mindfulness. I went through about 6 months of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and I truly believe that mindfulness is the way to go. It's just not a quick fix and it takes hard work to apply in your daily life.
I had brief exposure to DBT in the hospital. I don't know enough about it to really have a strong opinion. It did seem much more intensive than CBT. I got the impression it was more suited for treatment with depression than OCD. Not sure about that though.
