Yeah -- I would take anything I could get until I could find something I want....I did all sorts of contract work before I found permanent position....I was also tutoring English Writing to students at local college (just went and put up a flyer offering my service -- only meeting in public places....) and doing yard work for various people (put up a craigslist ad for landscaping).

Finally I found a job that stuck...
