Yeah I should speak to him I guess, I keep kind of meaning to and then put it off...I don't help myself really

Yeah I've always been uncomfortable in groups of people really which doesn't help. I don't really know why I was suddenly offered group therapy. It was when I was inpatient and they decided this was a better option for me than hospital...so yeah I dunno.

Yeah I feel like I've been pushed into this just because there isn't another option. It's like they're all out of ideas and if I don't give this a shot then I don't know what will happen.
