I've put down much of my thoughts in the pm but... Why do you dread your turn to speak? I don't judge you really..cause....I am the same.. I dread my turn to say my name whenever there's a new group and everyone should say their name and something more...

Don't you like to be in the center of attention in general or is there something else that bothers you at the groupT?

Edit: it's ok if you don't know btw... hugs...
98 smilies?? Why so many?! Lol

Yeah I hate to be the centre of attention and I hate just talking about myself and how I am...put the two together and it's just a nightmare really!

Yeah I should speak to him I guess, I keep kind of meaning to and then put it off...I don't help myself really

Yeah I've always been uncomfortable in groups of people really which doesn't help. I don't really know why I was suddenly offered group therapy. It was when I was inpatient and they decided this was a better option for me than hospital...so yeah I dunno.

Yeah I feel like I've been pushed into this just because there isn't another option. It's like they're all out of ideas and if I don't give this a shot then I don't know what will happen.
