((((Bebop)))) I wish I could impart what I know directly to you, and you be able to just "accept" it and go on, but it doesn't work that way. I, too, went through this longer than I care to think about... years and years... I hope you can find the better path before that. (((((hugs)))) Getting angry at the pain only makes you feel worse... really... you know this I think..but a good reminder is needed OFTEN imo (at least it was for me.) No one else really feels your pain, only you. And you have to, just have to do the best you can to control all aspects that feed the pain.
We are not just physical beings when it comes to pain (or anything.) Our thoughts, emotions, activities all play into it. If you must, set aside a few minutes each day to be angry at the way things are, and then stop.
Do I still feel angry ? Sure at times, severely. But I learned how it makes me feel the pain more (like focusing on it magnifies it's affect.) I sure don't want to increase my pain. I, like you and several others here, have more pain than anyone should have to deal with. BUT, handle it we will.
