Hi. I'm new to this forum and empathize with your situation. I've lost everything, my entire life, to Bipolar II. I am bankrupt due to maxing out 3 big credit cards on manic business investments, and since I am too fatigued to work, and since I've been denied government assistance, I am in poverty. I, too, live with my parents, and my friends have given up on me, leaving me very lonely. If you need an activity, I find that the only thing I can do is write. It doesn't take too much energy, though it can if you let it, but if you just write for fun, without pressuring yourself to create something amazing, it's very therapeutic. If loneliness is pulling you down, feel free to send me a message. I'm willing to chat back and forth if you need to.
