Hi there. I'm on Cipralex too. It's called Lexapro in the U.S. but I live in Canada so the brand name here is Cipralex. You'll probably find some posts in this section where people have talked about their experiences with Lexapro; it's the same medication. I've been on it for about two months. Within a couple of weeks, it lifted my depression and I haven't had a panic attack since I started taking it. This past week, I've been feeling a little bit down and having trouble focusing, but I don't know yet if it's because of the Cipralex/Lexapro (perhaps needing to increase my dose; I'm on 10mg right now) or if it's just a little blip because I'm so busy at work and have a bad cold.

P.S. For the first week to 10 days, I had some side effects -- mainly headache, upset stomach and acid reflux. The side effects went away, though, and haven't come back.
