I have been told there is a legal term for harassment/bullying at work; creating a "Hostile Work Environment". Seeing as there is a legal term would this lead one to assume there are legal repercussions if one were a perpetrator of bullying/harassment?

I am at my wits end and am losing sleep and the joy I was found in my job is dwindling quickly. I try to ignore this co-worker but I find it almost impossible to do now.

Anyone have suggestions? I am also looking for other work but it is a slow process.
